Hey friends! Â So, today’s project feels like cheating, because it’s SO crazy easy to make. Â I’ve been seeing these charm bangles in different styles on the wrists of my girlfriends lately, and I’m going to hook you up with the info to make your own charm bangles and save money off department store prices. Â There are so many kinds of charms available to customize your look (or mix it up for different outfits). Â So may I present: crazy easy DIY charm bangle bracelets.
I shared this project over at the Consumer Crafts blog, Crafts Unleashed, last month – and in case you missed it as a last-minute gift idea, I wanted to share it here with you today! Â I wrapped up my term as a design team member for Consumer Crafts at the end of the year, and all these supplies are available at Consumer Crafts. Â (I’ll leave links below for you to locate supplies if you’re falling in love with this project!) Â
You don’t need tools or jewelry skills to make these bangles – anyone can can whip up a set in just a minute or two! Â Here’s what I used to make my set, but don’t forget – you can use any charms that you love for these DIY charm bangle bracelets.
- Mix & Mingle Bangle Bracelets, 3-pack (2).
- Mix & Mingle Birthstone Charm Pack.
- Mix & Mingle Monogram Charm Set.
I added 1-2 charms to each bangle. Â They unhook easily, and the large beads can be strung on in any combination! Â Just close the bracelet up when you’re happy with it.
Stack them up, mix and match – this set of six looks great together.  So there you have it – instant gift, or instant accessory.
Thanks for joining me for today’s quick project – which is OF COURSE my favorite kind! Â Accessories in minutes? Â Yes. Â Yes please. Â And I have some more great projects on the horizon for you this year. Â See you guys again soon!

I love this! Do the bangles come in different sizes? I have a very small wrist. And can these be purchased at any craft store, such as Michael’s?

So….how do the beads/charms slip over the hook? I just spent $40 on the bracelets and monogram charms…but none of them fit …. they won’t make the “turn” when I try to slide them on. Was really excited about these bracelets…..

Very pretty! Every time I get a charm bracelet I end up with only a few charms left. Somehow, they all disapear.

Love these; one question. What are the silver bracelets made of? Will they tarnish quickly?
Adrianne Surian says
Hmm, I don’t know exactly, all the packaging says is that it’s nickel free. Typically this price point is good for about 6 months before it shows any wear, but since I just got these, I can’t say for sure right now. They’re really inexpensive, though (about a dollar each), and you can always swap out one that’s starting to tarnish with a new one if you like.
