"Football" Dip (Chili Taco Dip)

Ingredients
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 can of chili
  • 1 8 oz. can tomato sauce
  • 1 packet taco seasoning (1/4 cup)
  • ½ c. water
  • 2 cups shredded cheese (I usually use a Mexican blend)
Instructions
  1. Brown and drain your beef. Add ½ c. water and taco seasoning.
  2. Add chili and tomato sauce, and simmer on medium heat until it reduces to the thickness you prefer - about 10 minutes at our house.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in cheese. Serve hot with tortilla chips. (Serving in a warm crock pot works well!)
