Tailgating Food: Team Color Jell-O Blocks!
Prep time
Total time
  • 4- 3 oz. boxes of Berry Blue Jell-O, prepared with 2-2/3 cups boiling water
  • 1- 3 oz. box of yellow Jell-O (Lemon is great, but any yellow flavor works fine!), prepared with ½ c. boiling water
  • 1- 14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 envelope Knox unflavored gelatine
  • ½ c. cold water
  1. First, prepare your blue Jigglers according to the package directions. For each mold, you'll use ⅔ c. boiling water and one box of Jell-O. Always stir jello for 2 minutes to fully dissolve it. You will need to make the Jigglers in two batches if you only buy one kit. Be sure to spray molds with cooking spray before pouring. Chill for 2-3 hours.
  2. Remove Jigglers from their molds and arrange design-facing-up in two 8x8 glass pans, or one 9x13 glass pan.
  3. Dissolve one box of yellow Jell-O in ½ c. boiling water, stirring for 2 minutes. Put ½ c. cold water in a separate bowl, and sprinkle with one envelope of unflavored gelatine. Allow it to set for 1 minute, and then stir yellow Jell-O into cold water mixture.
  4. Stir sweetened condensed milk into yellow Jell-O mix and mix thoroughly.
  5. Carefully pour yellow mix into cracks/crevices of the blue Jigglers. Do not allow to cover the Jigglers completely; just pour enough to leave the mold's impressions showing.
  6. Chill full pan(s) for 2 hours more, and slice into blocks once set. Serve and enjoy!
