Muffuletta Olive Salad Dip

- ½ cup pimento-stuffed green olives
- ¼ cup ripe black olives
- 1 clove minced garlic
- ¼ cup jardiniere
- 1 tablespoon drained capers
- ¼ cup drained pepperoncini
- ½ teaspoon dried oregano
- ½ teaspoon dried basil
- ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
- 4 ounces chopped Genoa salami
- 4 ounces fresh mozzarella cheese
- ¼ cup sour cream
- ¼ cup softened cream cheese
- Soften cream cheese, and mix with sour cream in to make the dip base.
- Chop olives, jardiniere, pepperoncini, salami, and mozzarella. Stir in capers, garlic, and powdered seasoning. Drain again, if necessary.
- Fold olive salad into the cream cheese mixture. Serve on crackers or with sliced bread.
