Muffuletta Olive Salad Dip

Ingredients
  • ½ cup pimento-stuffed green olives
  • ¼ cup ripe black olives
  • 1 clove minced garlic
  • ¼ cup jardiniere
  • 1 tablespoon drained capers
  • ¼ cup drained pepperoncini
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano
  • ½ teaspoon dried basil
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 4 ounces chopped Genoa salami
  • 4 ounces fresh mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • ¼ cup softened cream cheese
Instructions
  1. Soften cream cheese, and mix with sour cream in to make the dip base.
  2. Chop olives, jardiniere, pepperoncini, salami, and mozzarella. Stir in capers, garlic, and powdered seasoning. Drain again, if necessary.
  3. Fold olive salad into the cream cheese mixture. Serve on crackers or with sliced bread.
