Turkey Sloppy Joes

Ingredients
  • 2 lb. Lean Ground Turkey (we use 99% Fat Free)
  • 1 - 28 oz. can Classico Crushed Tomatoes
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • ¼ c. paprika
  • 2 tsp. marjoram
  • 1 tsp. chili powder
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • ½ tsp. pepper
  • 12 Whole Grain Buns
Instructions
  1. Because we're using lean meat, you can just add all the ingredients to a large skillet on medium heat. As soon as your turkey cooks all the way through (after about 10 minutes), simmer for an additional 20 minutes on low heat.
  2. Serve hot, or put it in to the crock pot on low heat for a buffet-style meal with whole grain buns!
