Raspberry Acai Mojito

- 6-8 mint leaves
- 2 lime wedges
- 2 raspberries (and/or blackberries)
- 3 oz. Trop50 Raspberry Acai juice
- 2 oz. rum
- splash of soda water (1/2 oz.)
- Ice cubes
- Squeeze lime wedges into highball glass, and fill ½ - ¾ of the way with ice cubes.
- Put 2 ice cubes into a shaker tin, and add mint leaves, berries, juice and rum. Shake until chilled.
- Pour over ice into glass, and add splash (1/2 oz.) of soda water.
- Garnish with sprig of mint and additional berries, if desired.
