Follow Your Heart Stamped Bracelet

Hi friends!  We’re going back to basics today with a bit of metal stamping for beginners!  If you read here often, you know it’s one of my favorite hobbies, and there’s nothing I love more than adding a fabulous new font or design stamp to my collection, or to find new shapes and metals to stamp.  But, while that’s drool-worthy for those of us who are already into stamping, I know that there are some of you out there who haven’t made the leap into my mixed media addiction.  I’m sharing a quick beginner’s tutorial with basic supplies over at the Blitsy Crafts blog this weekend – where I’m a brand new design team member!

Follow Your Heart Beginner's Stamped Bracelet

That’s right, I’ll be contributing a few jewelry tutorials each month over at Blitsy, which is an online craft supply retailer with daily deals and everyday discounts. If you’re not already shopping there, then you’ll want to get registered (and if you love Happy Hour Projects, then I would love it if you use my referral link when you do sign up, because it supports my website and my craft addiction, which means more fabulous freebies for you right here).

So I would love it if you stop over and check it out, maybe say hello, and we’ll talk basic metal stamping!  It’s probably easier than you think, and you can even pick up your beginner’s kit at a discount to try it out for yourself, if you get inspired.  Come read the post right here: How to Make Personalized Hand Stamped Jewelry: Brass Follow Your Heart Bracelet.

Hope you’re having a great weekend!

Hello, and welcome! I'm Adrianne, an artist, author, designer, and blogger in mid Michigan. I work from home, chase my two kids, and this once-city-girl is learning how to care for chickens and adjusting to life out in the country. I have a compulsion for daily creativity... sometimes it's jewelry-making, paper crafting, metal stamping, mixing and baking, or giving new life to recycled items. But with 2 young kids, time is short! My goal here at Happy Hour Projects is to share projects and tips that you can do in an hour or less. The ideas you find here are designed to add a little creativity in your day, no matter how much (or how little) time you have!
