20 Mouth-Watering Muffins

I love baking bread, and especially muffins, when the weather is cold.  It’s been single-digits kind of cold around here over the past few weeks, so running the oven has been helping to keep us all nice and toasty – and bonus, we have breakfast at the ready!  I’ve been on the hunt for a few more great recipes, and I’ve partnered with Foodie.com to round up 20 fabulous finds that run the gamut from skinny to sinful today.

Muffins are actually one of my daughter’s favorite things to help make and one of the few dozen or so foods she will voluntarily consume, haha.  A testament to muffins, right there!  I have quite a few sweet bread recipes that we always made growing up, but it’s so nice to mix it up every once in a while.  You can click through the collection above, or follow me on Foodie.com!

My go-to muffin recipe is for pineapple raisin bran muffins.  I was skeptical the first time I heard about it, but when I was polling my friends, looking for a great bran muffin recipe, it came highly recommended.

Do you love muffins for breakfast?  Or for anytime?  What’s your favorite kind?

Hello, and welcome! I'm Adrianne, an artist, author, designer, and blogger in mid Michigan. I work from home, chase my two kids, and this once-city-girl is learning how to care for chickens and adjusting to life out in the country. I have a compulsion for daily creativity... sometimes it's jewelry-making, paper crafting, metal stamping, mixing and baking, or giving new life to recycled items. But with 2 young kids, time is short! My goal here at Happy Hour Projects is to share projects and tips that you can do in an hour or less. The ideas you find here are designed to add a little creativity in your day, no matter how much (or how little) time you have!
