Lugz has been in the footwear business since 1993 and they’ve got lots of options for work footwear.  My husband is a bartender, and he needs a special non-slip sole with as wet as it gets behind the bar.  So we tried the Empire Lo and it’s definitely a well-built shoe!  If you’re in a damp environment, the sole is great.  For full-on water (like what can collect behind the bar when it’s especially busy) the sole needs a bit of breaking in before it’s ready for non-slip.  I’d recommend wearing them around for a few days before you go to work – by his third shift, he was finally happy with the performance.  There are also steel-toe options and regular fashion boots as well, and all built to last.
