Mombo Nursing Pillow Review & Giveaway!

This is a Sponsored post written by me on behalf of Comfort and Harmony for SocialSpark. All opinions are 100% mine.

Well, I’m officially into my third trimester and getting ready for the little man to arrive!  You moms know what that’s all about – reading up on reviews, recomendations, and recalls – trying to find the best gear for your new little bundle.  I recently had the opportunity to get the mombo nursing pillow to try out, and I am so happy with the intuitive design.  Let me show you!

I know there are other nursing pillows out there, but I was really impressed with the Mombo’s shape and the fact that it has a firm side to support your baby while you nurse, and a soft side that rests against your lap – and is also a nice snuggly side when you use the pillow for sitting support and playtime as your baby grows.

Also – look at the fun additions to the design!  I LOVE the Taggies (you can get the mombo nursing pillow with or without Taggies).  The zippered cover is also totally removable for easy washing.  (If you’re a first time mom – that feature is a BIG DEAL!)

It also has a really cool vibration unit you can place inside to soothe your baby.  Because until you meet your baby, you just never know WHAT is going to comfort them – it’s an awesome option to have.  The pillow is a great design – smart, functional, and totally adorable.

As I was testing it out, and chatting with my husband about it, my daughter was really interested.  “Whatcha doin’, mama?” she asked me.  It was the perfect chance to talk to her a little more about her baby brother on the way – a concept she hasn’t grasped so far (or has made herself blissfully ignorant about, haha). ;) When she seemed dubious, I asked her to bring her baby and bottle over, so I could show her what I meant.

She brought her frog.  Hey, that works too.

So I set her up with the pillow and showed her how we feed the baby.  She loved it so much!  I think she is going to make a GREAT big sister.

You can check out Mombo’s entire line at Toys R Us (and some Babies R Us stores).  Mombo thinks you will enjoy this pillow so much, that they are offering a Happy Hour Projects reader a chance to win one for themselves!  Just be sure to like Comfort & Harmony on Facebook and follow Comfort & Harmony on Twitter, and leave a comment on this post letting me know WHY you want to win one!  (Are you currently nursing or expecting?  Do you have a friend or family member who would love a mombo nursing pillow?)  You can enter using the Rafflecopter form below!  Sweepstakes ends 5/23/13.

Good luck – I think you will love this pillow as much as I do!

I would love to win this adorable nippy pillow! We are expecting out second baby in a couple months, and this would be soo helpful! After my csection I realized how helpful it was! It helped protect my incision while I was feeding my baby, and allowed me to rest my arms. Then as my son was learning to sit up, I would prop him in it for a cozy spot for him to watch the world! Now I’m I need of one for our second baby on the way for all the same reasons, and to help prepare our son for the baby as the picture shows! So please pick us!

I’d love to win it for my wife for our newborn daughter! We have an older nursing pillow, but it’s pretty beat up and she loves vibrations.

I just found out yesterday that my son and daughter in love are expecting!!!!!! They’ve been married five years and had decided they didn’t want children. I had resigned myself to that and am still in total shock that I am going to be a grandma!!! I would absolutely give this to Megan!
