Happy Thanksgiving to my American friends! I hope you get a chance to enjoy a long weekend with your families. My husband works a LOT this weekend – but we actually have a little getaway planned (without the kiddos – eek!) for Monday night to help make up the time together. I am thankful for my time off work to spend with the kids and hog them ALL to MYSELF for a change, and also for the first night away with my husband in nearly 2 years! (Which also means I am thankful for my mother, who will come and stay and keep the kids on their routine.)
I’m also thankful for all you readers who come by, who read my updates and say nice things about my projects, my recipes, and my family! I LOVE blogging. I never dreamed back on career day, that someday a job would be invented that combined crafting, cooking, and creating with writing, teaching, and dinking around on the internet, haha. Really? How did I get this lucky?

Without them life would be boring. Live- As if it’s the last day of your life Laugh- Until it hurts and Love- Like you’ve never had a broken heart. This life is short, and it makes no sense to be anything but happy! :)

I am thankful that both my husband and I are Cancer free; we both had Cancer at the same time and we both fought back. We are thankful we get to see our families even more now.
