Today’s Friday Finds is brought to you by Foodie.

I’ve got another delicious Foodie collection for you today just in time for June: 15 variations on the summer staple: Homemade Popsicles!

Check out Summer on a Stick: Homemade Popsicle Recipes

Have you been following me out on Foodie?  I looove that site.  I know some of you have been following some of the food changes we’ve made this year, with my husband having to cut out gluten. The Foodie site is a great source for inspiration, not just for going gluten-free, but for the whole range from comfort-foods to diet-friendly choices.  Users do more than collect recipes, you can even create themed collections out there – like the one above that I’ve put together for today!  Just click through to check out 15 great popsicle recipes and ideas. Sweet, right?

15 Popsicle Recipes at www.happyhourprojects.com

I am a total popsicle fan.  Or ice pops, ice lollies, whatever you call them in your neck of the woods, they are like summer on a stick.  I don’t know why treats on sticks are so much more special?  Is it just me?

Traditionally we’ve just bought a box of them, but more and more we are trying out whole food recipes, so a popsicle mold is next on my list to buy… especially after finding these great looking recipes! Do you make your own popsicles? Do you have a go-to recipe your family loves? I think it looks like a great way to get more fruit into my picky-eating toddler. Haha.

Anyway, I hope you enjoy – and have an awesome weekend!

The fun thing is that I bought 6 popsicle molds today. I thought I might pour juice in them and freeze them. Now you shared these recipes. I can’t wait to try some or all of them. thank you

Hello, and welcome! I'm Adrianne, an artist, author, designer, and blogger in mid Michigan. I work from home, chase my two kids, and this once-city-girl is learning how to care for chickens and adjusting to life out in the country. I have a compulsion for daily creativity... sometimes it's jewelry-making, paper crafting, metal stamping, mixing and baking, or giving new life to recycled items. But with 2 young kids, time is short! My goal here at Happy Hour Projects is to share projects and tips that you can do in an hour or less. The ideas you find here are designed to add a little creativity in your day, no matter how much (or how little) time you have!
