5-Minute Tube Bead Bracelet

I’ve got a fun, fast design for you today, and all you need to know how to do is use tape, scissors, and glue to make one (or a few!) for yourself.  It’s great for stacking and layering because it’s simple and versatile, and you can seriously make one in about 5 minutes.  The beds come in a 3-pack which make for fun girlfriend gifts, or to make together if you’re having a little craft night!

I’m sharing the full how-to over on the Crafts Unleashed blog today, so hop on over to say hello and get links to the materials I used to make one for yourself!  Here’s the link: 5-Minute Love Bead Bracelet

In other news, we just got back from a mini-vacation up north, and we had an awesome time.  (You’ve probably seen a few photos if you follow my social media.)  I want to share the best highlight of the trip.  See, we honeymooned in Traverse City 5 years ago, and haven’t been back since.  This was then (this photo is actually Mackinac City, but we traveled all over northern Michigan that week).

The shirts are fun, right?  Well, my husband actually packed them up and brought them along again, since we were going back!

I was impressed that he thought about that – and I thought it was sweet!  And so, I didn’t even mind putting on a sweatshirt on an 85 degree day for a photo. :P Anyway – it was a great overnight getaway, and we enjoyed the cherry festival and the relaxation that goes along with getting on the road for a road trip vacation.

Hope your week is off to a great start!

Hello, and welcome! I'm Adrianne, an artist, author, designer, and blogger in mid Michigan. I work from home, chase my two kids, and this once-city-girl is learning how to care for chickens and adjusting to life out in the country. I have a compulsion for daily creativity... sometimes it's jewelry-making, paper crafting, metal stamping, mixing and baking, or giving new life to recycled items. But with 2 young kids, time is short! My goal here at Happy Hour Projects is to share projects and tips that you can do in an hour or less. The ideas you find here are designed to add a little creativity in your day, no matter how much (or how little) time you have!
