Banglewood Craft GIVEAWAY!

So, at the beginning of the week I showed you all a little tutorial for dressing up basic wooden bangles.  I picked mine up from Banglewood Crafts on Etsy.  I don’t know about you, but I don’t really have the best of luck with a lot of Etsy sellers.  Tiffany at Banglewood was so awesome, though – she responded right away and shipped right away, and when I got my bracelets, they were perfect – exactly what I had been hoping for.  It was a great experience all the way around, and I was so happy with the whole thing that I mentioned her to all of you in my original post, and even decided to drop her a note to thank her and show her what I did with my bangles.

I’m so glad I did, because we’ve exchanged a couple of emails – and Tiffany just rocks!  Let me introduce you!

My name is Tiffany and I am a freelance writer/crafter/media chic. My mother is also a crafter so I basically grew up in craft stores and watched my mother create everything from scarves to clothes. I have had every job in the galaxy from reporter to media planner to vegan cook. But, I truly got into making jewelry after I was laid off and discovered I had over 23 food allergies. During that time, I went to a pretty dark place and making things with my hands (including food) propelled me out of my rut and to my surprise running my own craft store. I truly believe that crafting is my saving grace!

You can find Tiffany at her website, Banglewood Crafts, on Etsy, or on Facebook.  And she has a treat for you today – she is giving away an item of your choice (up to $25 US) from her Etsy shop!

Now, if you like what I did, I bought the basic, flat exterior bangles.

But she has so many more fun designs to choose from, you can try something different!  I’m really digging the slender bangles:

And check out these cuffs:

Something a little more funky, like the geometric bangle:

Or you know, if you love them all and can’t decide, she’s got a little mix for you!

And because I’m excited to share, I’m also tossing in a $10 Michael’s or Hobby Lobby gift card to take care of your supplies to customize your bangles!

Rafflecopter will walk you through entering below.  This giveaway is open worldwide (thank you, Tiffany!) and will run through Saturday, June 16.  Good luck!

I don't usually enter Adrianne's giveaways (because I know her offline and she's amazing enough without giving away anything!) but I can't pass this up – I've been coveting the mod podge bracelets since the tutorial went up! I have the whole thing planned out, I just need the bracelets. ;) Thanks for the giveaway!

Hello, and welcome! I'm Adrianne, an artist, author, designer, and blogger in mid Michigan. I work from home, chase my two kids, and this once-city-girl is learning how to care for chickens and adjusting to life out in the country. I have a compulsion for daily creativity... sometimes it's jewelry-making, paper crafting, metal stamping, mixing and baking, or giving new life to recycled items. But with 2 young kids, time is short! My goal here at Happy Hour Projects is to share projects and tips that you can do in an hour or less. The ideas you find here are designed to add a little creativity in your day, no matter how much (or how little) time you have!
