Jump Starting My Morning with Gevalia Single-Serve Cups

CBias-sponsored-post-white-script-600

I don’t really know if I consider myself a morning person or not.  I love getting up before everyone else and enjoying some quiet time before I have to get in the shower, get dressed, put on makeup, feed and clothe and clean my kid, run off to my job or errands… you get the picture.  Just sitting down with ONE cup of coffee before all that starts helps me focus for the day.  Is that what a morning person is like?  I don’t need to sleep in, I don’t start out grumpy… but I do need that me-time before everyone starts… needing things, haha.  Thank heavens for my Keurig – that makes that first cup quick and easy.  I recently tried Gevalia single-serve cups in my Keurig – and they are so good!  The New Gevalia Colombia blend is a rich, premium coffee – a perfect morning cup.

See, I’m actually a long-time Gevalia fan.  I have been drinking Gevalia Kaffe since it was a monthly mail-order brand.  (Am I showing my age here?  It’s been… well, a really long time, okay? LOL!)  So I was really excited to see Gevalia coffee for use in the Keurig® K-Cup® Brewer!

I only get to have just one cup of coffee in the morning these days, haha.  But that honestly just makes my morning cup that much more special to me, you know?  Taking that little bit of time to myself just sets the tone for my whole day.

You can find Gevalia K-Cups at Walmart (and you can check out my shopping trip in my G+ album!)  Just look in the coffee aisle for the bright yellow box.

You can also keep up with Gevalia on Facebook and on Twitter!  And if you’re a savvy shopper – grab a printable coupon before you head out to buy your favorite blend!

I haven’t tried this yet…but I just might. Every morning I GOTTA have some coffee!!! Yellow is my favorite color, so I won’t be able to miss it when I’m shopping.

Oh man the mornings are a killer on me! If I want to get up before everyone else, it means that I have to get up at 5:30… most nights I’m not in bed before 1 or 2 am. I am so not a morning person! Sitting and drinking a cup of coffee ALONE sounds like heaven today. :) Love the idea of being able to make just one at a time.:)

Do you love your Keurig? I’ve been totally intrigued by the single cup brewing systems out there.

Hello, and welcome! I'm Adrianne, an artist, author, designer, and blogger in mid Michigan. I work from home, chase my two kids, and this once-city-girl is learning how to care for chickens and adjusting to life out in the country. I have a compulsion for daily creativity... sometimes it's jewelry-making, paper crafting, metal stamping, mixing and baking, or giving new life to recycled items. But with 2 young kids, time is short! My goal here at Happy Hour Projects is to share projects and tips that you can do in an hour or less. The ideas you find here are designed to add a little creativity in your day, no matter how much (or how little) time you have!
