Friday Finds: 10 Blogs That Rock Paint Projects

We are making our way through the new house (I can still call it “new” if it’s been 5 months, right?) and painting like crazy! In fact, I’ve had a bit of a painting “bug”… where I MUST. PAINT. EVERYTHING. We’re working on helping Raya choose a color for her room this weekend (and wish me luck with that – so far she wants purple, green, and yellow).  I’ve also mixed up some homemade chalk paint for a recent lamp project and it’s just screaming to beautify even more things!  So naturally, I’ve been drooling at some of the great painted projects out there in the blog-o-sphere and have some awesome finds to share with you today!

10 Blogs That Rock Paint Projects at www.happyhourprojects.com

Some of these bloggers have small and manageable projects in an hour or less, and some go big or go home with gorgeous furniture makeovers!  Take a look at my top ten today:

Girl in the Garage

Plum Doodles

Postcards From The Ridge

Cottage at The Crossroads

Suburble

Three Mango Seeds

The Thinking Closet

Inspiration For Moms

Mrs. Hines’ Class

One Tough Mother

So pin this list, get to know these blogs, and check them out the next time you’re looking to spruce up your space with a thrifty find!

    Thanks for putting me in the list, lady! I’m among some pretty fabulous company, I see! :)

    (I feel like the painting never ends in a house. Once you finally painted the last room, there’s something that needs a fresh coat somewhere else!)

    This is a great list! I\’m working on pinning them all! :) Would love it if you would stop by Family Fun Friday and considering linking up on Fridays – we are working on adding a craft category that we can feature posts from! :) {Right now it is the second post down!}

Hello, and welcome! I'm Adrianne, an artist, author, designer, and blogger in mid Michigan. I work from home, chase my two kids, and this once-city-girl is learning how to care for chickens and adjusting to life out in the country. I have a compulsion for daily creativity... sometimes it's jewelry-making, paper crafting, metal stamping, mixing and baking, or giving new life to recycled items. But with 2 young kids, time is short! My goal here at Happy Hour Projects is to share projects and tips that you can do in an hour or less. The ideas you find here are designed to add a little creativity in your day, no matter how much (or how little) time you have!
